Coach David was the first to give me the impetus to even bring the barbell over my head as an Olympic beginner. He recognized my blockage and "destroyed" this blockage with a simple positive sentence. Seemingly complicated movements were broken down into simple steps, and I had the feeling that the focus was on clean execution. So I felt more secure. When I sustained an injury while moving, I also felt that I was well looked after in personal training and was strengthened again. He also paid attention to what wasn't working and spontaneously built-in mobility exercises during the workout. There was always a perfect balance between ambition and serenity with him, so the fun was never missing. Thank you, Coach Dave!

David was my weightlifting coach for about two years. We have significantly and above all sustainably improved my movement mechanics, stability, and muscle strength during this time. I still benefit from this structure to this day. During the entire period and beyond, David was always available for questions and actively asked for feedback and my progress. His broad knowledge of human physics and his commitment make him an extremely "strong" coach.

What I value most about David as a trainer is his skill to listen and respond to my wishes, specifically tailored to my body and previous training experiences. Additionally, he doesn't only give exercises but also explains very well why certain movements and not others. David is always there when you have questions or when there are new personal goals. Regardless of whether my goal is to become more precise in Olympic weightlifting, faster in Crossfit, better in bouldering, or sometimes simply to move painlessly with certain physical problems - I can recommend David to everyone without reservation.

David is an excellent coach and a wonderful physical therapist with a heart. He has a calm and level-headed manner - which, however, in the final spurt of a workout, he would not hesitate to push you and shout, "Don't let that take away from you!". He encourages everyone to achieve top performances. During training or a physio unit, he impresses with a highly attentive eye for detail. Its easily understandable explanations help avoid problems or even injuries and achieve good training success in the long term.

I was very lucky to have personal training with David often. Training with him was characterized by his great competence in movement execution, anatomy, and well-structured, goal-oriented practice. I know David as a very competent personal trainer. He has incredible knowledge of strength as well as functional and mental athletic fitness. Also, through his experience as a physiotherapist, he actively contributed to my prevention and recovery from sports injuries. Here I was able to rely 100% on his specialist knowledge. I also can't remember a monotonous training session; his inventive nature made each training session individually. He took me to a whole new level of fitness.

David helped me a lot in eliminating technical errors in Olympic weightlifting. With his way of understanding and explaining perfectly, I was able to recognize and put down old movement patterns myself. There is not much in the way of new PRs, and, especially before every deadlift, I have his tips in my ear. I can only recommend Dave to anyone looking for a coach who knows about Olympic weightlifting.

Dave also has magic hands and can relieve tension. My back was unfolded after having a treatment with him.
