For whom is the online training suitable?

 

  • Basically, anyone can do training with me. As a physiotherapist, I was able to gain experience at every level and can therefore adapt to your fitness level individually.

 

  • Online training is best suited for people with limited time. A 30-minute call is easier to integrate into a busy schedule than a return trip and a stay in the gym.
